Patricia Healy

Dear Mark,

I remember you and your dad at Leo Burnetts in London.

I've only just learned that you had lost your brother on that awful day.

I sort of know how you must have felt and feel now, as I too lost three members of my family in 1981 in a car crash, my two sisters and my mother.

Until now, I find it very difficult to talk about them.

God bless you.

Patricia

I came across this as I pondered on my sweet brother, and browsed my archive of related stuff. It's like a message from him and brought all my feelings to the surface.

As much as I loved the life we had and all the time we played,
I was so very tired and knew my time on earth would fade.
I saw a wonderous image of a place that's trouble-free,
Where all of us can meet again to spend eternity.
I saw the most beautiful Rainbow, and on the other side
Were meadows rich and beautiful - lush and green and wide!
And running through the meadow as far as the eye can see,
Were animals of every sort as healthy as can be!
My own tired, failing body was fresh and healed and new
And I wanted to go run with them, but I had something left to do.
I needed to reach out to you, to tell you I'm alright
That this place is truly wonderful, then a bright Glow pierced the night.
Twas the Glow of many Candles shining bright and strong and bold
And I knew then that it held you love in it's brilliant shades of Gold.
For although we may not be together in the way we used to be,
We are still connected by a cord no eye can see.
So whenever you need to find me, we're never far apart
If you look beyond the Rainbow and listen with your heart

The McRay's

When we have lost a loved one we find comfort in those who care about and support us. The McRay's of Hilo, Hawaii, want you to know that you are in our heart and in our prayers. We also want you to know that we are in support along with millions of people who want to openly let you know that you are cherished and those that you have lost on 9-11 are cherished. God Bless you.

Chris, my dear sweet brother, I will never forget you. I have a thousand memories of the times we've spent together, enough to keep me going til we meet again. Until then rest in God's home, no one is more deserving of heaven than you. I'll love you always.
