I remember attending church with the Canty family and religion classes with Peter. Although I didn't know Michael personally, I remember your family who are in my thoughts and prayers. God grant you strength to carry on his memory as he watches over you. With respect,

Michael....I hope that you are at peace. I think about you every day and pray that your family and friends are coping with the tremendous loss they have suffered. I have so many happy memories of you and am so thankful for the time that we spent as friends. You left your mark on the world...I don't think you had any idea of the number of lives that you touched. You are a light in everyone's lives. In 9th grade you wrote a poem that began "Today is a new day..." -- that it is.

May Mike rest in peace. I went to school with Mike and his sister many years ago, I never knew him but my cousin was friends with his sister. I was so sorry to hear and read of his death, from what I did know of him he was a good man with a very loving family.

On September 11th my brother Mike was at work on the 92nd floor of the World Trade Center. He became an innocent victim of this senseless act of violence. Words cannot explain how this has changed our lives forever.

Mike was a 30 year old beautiful person, and a special gift to us all. We are thankful that Michael
was part of our lives. Thankful for so many happy and precious memories that will be with us as long as we live.

Please join us in honoring him by moving forward... to live life to the fullest. To treat each day as
a gift. Mike would want our hearts to be filled with love, togetherness, and caring.
