To my tio Ezra
Ezra was my favorite uncle and always will be.I used to love going to his house on the weekend he was the type of man that will turn a weekend to a 5 day 4 nights in just two days.Ezra was amazing, fun, smart, and knew what he wanted.Ezra always told me live your life to the fullest and never let anyone tell you different.I loved him not only cause he always gave me advise but to have him as an uncle was a gift. I love you tio and you will be missed for those who knew you and loved you
rest in peace
P.S.Victoria remember her godfather she told me he was big and scary and wish he was still here so he can play with me like he did with my mommy when shes was little
Bye padrino I love you

To Ezra's family,

My sister Diane was on jury duty a couple of years ago with Ezra. She talked about him throughout the time they sat on that jury and said nothing but wonderful things about him and what a great guy he was. She read his name listed as one of the people who was lost at the towers on 9/11 and was deeply saddened by it. I wanted to send this e-mail to the family to let them know that he touched the life of a stranger very deeply.

Dear Ezra,

You did so much in the time that you had on this earth. We miss you, your pals at IS 320.

I wish your family peace. I am finding it hard to reach closure myself on this and can only imagine how they feel. I wish they would contact me and we can talk. They should be comforted in that you had a full life on this earth and left no stone unturned. This is what comforts me.
