Richard and I went to Westbury High and then Columbia together. He wasn't simply the smartest guy in high school, he was also one of the kindest, friendliest, most upright and most cheerful people I have ever known. I'm grateful that he made the effort to keep in touch even after we went our separate ways after college. He was so happy to get the Port Authority job, and he became even more happy with his marriage. He never failed to bring light and love to the people whose lives he touched on earth, and the stars shine a little brighter now that Richard is in Heaven.

I had the pleasure of working with and knowing Richard Aronow. In fact, he and I met on Sept 7 @ the Trade Center and were due to talk again on Sept 11. In the short time I knew him, he was the consummate professional. He is sorely missed and I wish to send my heartfelt encouragement and best wishes to his family.

Hello, I live in Phoenix, AZ. I recently went on a Patriot Parade Motorcycle run; which was in memory of all the victems of 9-11. Each person whom rode was given a wristband with a victims name on it. I rode for Richard A Aronow. I dont know Richard, but I wish his family and love ones the best, and a prayer will go out to them from me.

Sincerly Arthur
