I knew Rosemary since her manpower days on the Joint Staff and worked with her regularly while she was at DIA. On this anniversary of that tragic day that took Rosemary from us, I took time to reflect that in all liklihood, Rosemary (and also Sharon Foster and Bob Hymel who were my manpower counterparts in DIA), was probably praying for the victims and their families at the WTC. Rosemary was always concerned about other people. I never heard her complain, and she always had a kind word to saw even during those times when the workload was pretty intense. To think that she was in prayer when she went home to God is particularly comforting. May her soul and all the souls of those that died in the Pentagon, the WTC and all the faithful departed rest in peace.
