Todd Goepper 10 years ago I received 4 memorial bracelets. One of them had Capt. Frederick Ill, Jr. name on it. It is screwed to my dashboard, so every day I get in my truck I send a prayer to him and his family. I will never forget what he must of gone thru and the lives he has touched. I have a great respect for his profession since my younger years where spent in a small county fire department, I can only begin to understand.
