To The Hobbs Family,
I remember Tara as a sweet, kind child who was very close to her family. My first memory of her was her big bright eyes and shy manner. Her older sister, Tammy, and I were best of friends growing up in Central Islip and I can remember Tara always wanting to tag along. I will never forget her as long as I live.
