Lucia Crifasi

I don't beleve I ever met Lucia, but I am sure we were related. I wish I had met her, and when I heard about her and her untimely death on 9/11, I felt such sadness. Here was a distant and unknown relative who I only found out about through this tragedy. Why did it have to happen this way? I can only extend my prayers and blessings to her family, and let them know how sorry I am that I never knew her.

How was I to know..that the last time I would share moments with you would be at our Bushwick High School reunion? I remember thinking then, with all of those lost years gone by...how sweet and sincere you still were since we were childen growing up in Ridgewood. Some of my fondest memories of that time in my life included time spent with you and your sister marie .. the inseparable "crifasi sisters." There isn't a day that goes by that I don't think of you. I pray for you , your family,and feel so blessed to have been a small part of your life...
