Everyday on my way to work and home, I pass a cematary. I think of you, your dear brother, Dermott, and your dad, Uncle Kieran to me. I say a brief prayer for you all and feel you in my heart and soul.
I find I think of you and dream about you more now than when you were here with us. I wonder why that is? I pray for you often and miss you, your brother, and your Dad.
I am happy though that you are all together now watching over your family.
I often talk to Aunt Rose and Celine, via email and sometimes Kathleen and Cieran. Celine is still the crazy person she always was. You had and still have a wonderful family who miss you dearly. I continue to pray for you, Dermott, and Uncle Kieran. I pray as well for your family...that they have or will soon find peace. I miss you Sean. Keep an eye on us all. Be that angel on our shoulder. My son had a terrible accident recently and it is amazing he survived. I thank God often for watching over Joseph but maybe it was you....an angel on his shoulder. I love you Sean and miss you dearly. See you soon in my dreams. Love you cousin Maureen

God Bless you Sean Canavan

Today on the aniversary of the awful event I noticed for the first time the name Canavan. There aren't a lot of us around and I suspect we all originated from the same small area in Ireland. If not directly, we are for sure related in the old country.

I have trace my grandfather to the Downpatrick / Armaugh area of Ireland. We were after a lapse of more than sixty years able to find relatives in the old country.

If any relatives of Sean receive this, please do not hesitate to contact me.

We all share your loss and pray for the repose of his soul.

Not a day goes by that I don't think about Sean. My son Aidan still talks about his Uncle Sean. Now that we live in Ireland, we see plenty of rainbows, and Aidan thinks that Sean paints the rainbows on a ladder just for him. Maybe he's right.
