Memories & Prayers

It was only for a weekend in Tampa florida 1998 or so with our old broker dealer Invest financial. Its amazing that in only a weekend how somone can make such an impression and impact to my memory. Mike Baksh had such a strong and friendly smile, and his laughter, humor and personality made him shine. Not sure if my memory is accuate, but he may of just had a baby girl around this time. And as I watched the tribute today, was sad as I had missed the tribute of his name. Only seconds later I changed the channel and sure enough it was Mikes daughter telling how much She missed his father. Again only a weekend. But I will remember him forever.....god bless Mike B. and your family. Our family and this world....tears of life....Roderick Rodriguez.

I don't know of too many other Baksh outside of my immediate family. When I saw Micheal s Baksh name, I was touched, and curious to know who he was. I know have a face to the name and notes that he was a good family man. May Allah bless him.

I met your sister on a flight to St. Paul and became touched deeply by your life as I am 36, married and have two children . This is my promise to you Michael: I will never forget, nor will I allow my comrades forget. I am willing to spend my life in peril and in distant land from my loved ones in order to bring to justice all of those who will kill civilians. God bless us all. SSG Morgan A. McHose

I remember Michael way back when we were classmates at Brooklyn SDA and the Pathfinder Auxillary Club. We also ended up at the same HS--Greater NY Academy. Although we lost touch after HS, I'll always remember Michael as a kind person who always had a pleasant demeanor and could make anyone laugh....my condolences go out to his wife, children, parents and extended family. Do not be disheartened....Michael will always be in the hearts and minds of everyone who had the priviledge of knowing him. God Bless....
