Leroy Homer

I didn't know LeRoy Homer but I feel as if I had known him from all that I've read about him. As a Black British woman (I live in Nottingham, England), I am particularly proud as LeRoy was a Black man. It is fitting that a tribute was given by a surviving Tuskeggee Airman. I want to wish his wife Melodie and 11 month old daughter Laurie my sincere condolences. Also his other family and friends. May God grant you His peace at this very difficult time.

I am a young British woman who watched in horror as the terrible scenes in America: The World Trade Centre, NY/Pennsylvania/The Pentagon -unfolded. I haven't stopped praying for those who have lost their lives and those relatives, friends, colleagues who mourn. God will NEVER leave you at this difficult time. I pray that your hearts will be comforted and that your memories of your loved ones will prevail in your hearts..... and you will smile again.
