My father was blessed to have worked with Joe at the Port Authority. The loss of Joe has effected our lives in such a deep way. I don't recall ever meeting Joe (I'm sure I did though) but I do know that I bought one of my first cars from him (Honda Prelude).
I offer my prayers to Joe's family and hope that they keep Joe's memory alive.
