Michael F. Lynch

Michael and I grew up in the same apt. building as kids. He was a few years younger than me but I always remember how sweet he was to everyone & completely adored by his whole family. I was married a short while when I found out he became a NYC firefighter. It made me very proud. I ran into his big brother Danny a year or so before the fateful 9/11/01 and had a nice chat.< i live upstate and only visit flushing about 4 times a yr.> My parents still live in the same apt. and so do Catherine & Danny Lynch. I keep the memorial card of Michael with me always & know that he is up in heaven. It's a very tragic loss but God works in mysterious ways. His sister Maureeen, who lost her battle to breast cancer 9 months after Michael's death, was a classmate with my older sister Mary. In fact, she and maureeen were just a day apart in age!! :::sigh:::::::The Lynch family will always be in my prayers.

Michael was my friend and now he is gone. I will never get to see him smile and say hello. I miss him very much and I am sorry I was not as close to him as a adult as I was when I was younger. God Bless you Michael.
