Peter Rodney Kellerman

Although I do not know Peter personally, I picked his name from my church in Rhode Island. I carry it with me always and say a prayer for him everyday. I just wanted his family to know that someone thinks of him and prays for him everyday. My heart goes out to Peter's family. He will be in my prayers always.

Recently at the California State fair my daughter (age 5) asked what the memorial we were looking at was for, so I explained it. There is a large rock ball with all of the names of the WTC victims listed on it. After I had explained these were the names of people that had died. She asked me to read her the names. I said there were too many to read them all, she asked that I read her just one then. So looking across the surface of the memorial I found Peter Rodney Kellerman, I said it out loud not knowing what effect it would have on my daughter. With the perfect honesty of a child she looked at me and said "Do you miss him daddy? I miss him." It was almost more than I could take.

I hope and pray this mans family reads this and understand that there are those of us that will never forget and that they have found some peace in the messages posted here.
