I was recently assigned to write a eulogy for someone inspirational in school. Christopher Amoroso, as i learn more about you, you are an amazing man. My heart goes out to your daughter wife, and all close to you. God bless you.
God bless you Chris. You ARE a true hero. God bless Jamie and sophia. I hope you have been able to go forward and live, but never move on. what you had will always be the best.
I knew Chris for a very short time, a very long time ago. I could see right away what a warm, funny and most of all, caring person he was. I only recently found out that he was one of the many heroes that we lost on 9/11. My heart goes out to his wife, daughter and the rest of his family. Thank you Chris-you will be in my prayers, always.
Wow! This is hard. I guess the reason that I am at this website and writing a letter to Chris is that since 9/11 that is all that I have ever thought of. When the tragedy first happened I heard that he had passed. It devastated me to know that someone that I grew up, that was such a wonderful person was no longer with us. Then it sunk in that it was really Chris. I went to highschool with him and he was the sweetest most fun loving person that I probably have ever known. My dad played softball with his father and uncle when we were kids. It has been a few years and I know that I am probably responding late but I want to bless his wife and child and the rest of his family. His death touches me often. Thanks, Wendy
I will like to tell Chris family that I am sorry for your lose. He was great person. As for his Dad Charlie and Mom and His uncle Ted I am sorry for you guys. I know you all lost a great man. Who is now a hero to the United States I will like to say thank you Charlie for giving him the will to be a hero as he is. And from the Whole Worthington, Basso, and Hazelgreen Families we all send our support. From Janet to Judy to Eddie to Freddie to Teddy to Kenny to Randy and all the kids of these parents. We will be by your side if you need anything.
Although I had never met Christopher, I have come to know both his wonderful wife and his beautiful daughter. His memory will never die, and I will never forget the ultimate sacrifice that he made for our country on that day. He was and will always be remembered as our hero! His legacy shall live on through the beautiful daughter that he brought into this world. Both his wife and his daughter are a testimony to what a brave man Christopher was. He would be very proud of the great job that his wife has done in raising his daughter. His family will always be in my prayers!

I didn't know Chris personally, but I do know his cousin, John, who told me of the great courage Chris displayed in his effort to rescue as many people as possible. My heart goes out to his family, to his wife and child.

Hello, it's us again. We have continued to pray for your family and friends every week. We say a prayer and light a candle in remembrance of Chris. We will continue to keep you in our thoughts, prayers, and hearts. We could never imagine the pain and suffering you have endured. God bless you and God bless America.
I did not have the honor of knowing Christopher but I did know his father Charles, my heart goes out to you and your family. May god bless each and everyone of you. Christopher was a true hero.
To the family of Ofc. Christopher Amoroso,
Unfortunately, I never had the chance to meet Chris Amoroso, but I've been recently blessed with the presence of both Jamie and Sophia Rose in my life.
My brother Raymond DeVito is a Port Authority Police Officer and he was very good friends with Chris. Nothing but my deepest prayers, sympathy, and compassion go out to Jamie, Sophia Rose, and all of Chris's family, friends, and fellow officers. Also my deepest prayers, sympathy, and compassion go out to anyone who lost someone in this terrible trajedy especially- Levittown Fire Chief- Ron Kerwin, and the Lanza Family especially Nicholas.
I CAN'T START TO EXPLAIN THE PAIN I HAVE INSIDE FOR THE LOSS OF OUR AMERICAN HEROES. CHRISTOPHER AMOROSO WAS A FRIEND OF MINE FROM NORTH BERGEN. HE WAS ABOUT FOUR YEARS OLDER THAN ME AND TREATED ME LIKE A LITTLE BROTHER. NOT TO MENTION HE WAS MY FOOTBALL COACH. MY MOTHER GREW UP WITH HIS FATHER SO THE FAMILY'S WE'RE VERY CLOSE.
